Python Software Engineer

At FLYR, we're changing the way airline industries use data to ease the traveller’s experience.
To achieve our aim, we’re looking for a talented Software Engineer who loves travelling and developing modern software to join our rapidly growing startup in San Francisco & Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities:
- Lead designing and developing modern software, primarily in Python
- Work in the Scrum team comprised of Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers/Owners
- Travel up to 25% (San Francisco)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position
- Good knowledge of Python/OOP, Flask framework, API implementation
- Good understanding of Design patterns, PostgreSQL, GIT, Unix/Linux, Docker
- Passion for agile methodology, modern software development practices (CI/CD, TDD, Automation tests, etc)
- Good written and oral, communication skills in English
- Skills in the art of building well architected and scalable software
- Additional assets would be: Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, OpenAPI(Swagger)
